Now for the official news that we have been waiting for: the 10th anniversary of KH in general has got a very special deal in the works. It has been labeled as the "KINGDOM HEARTS 10th Anniversary 3D+Days+Re:coded BOX". Thanks to FF-Reunion screenshotting the KH3D main Japanese site's update, we can now see the contents of the box! It contains the following:

- Kingdom Hearts 3D, Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days & Kingdom Hearts: Re:coded (that's right! All 3 in one pack! The latter two for Nintendo DS)

- 12 Postcards (A "visual representation of the history" of the KH series)

- Original Design Protective Case for the Nintendo 3DS

- Special Box with 10th Anniversary designs!

The KINGDOM HEARTS 10th Anniversary Box has been priced at 15000円 (approximately $$195 USD) and can be found for pre-order in the Square Enix e-Store!

It seems that a) Orders are limited to only one permember, and b) that the preference of pre-order is in accordance to what ranking you are on the Japanese Square Enix Members site, with the lowest rank starting on Valentines' Day (February 14th), and the highest rank starting on January 30th. In addition to this, orders cannot be canceled, so make sure you want to buy it if you're a member!

There is also a spiffy new logo (with two variations) designed especially for the anniversary box!

Famitsu have also updated with some details, which is all based off of the details found on the official site.

In addition to this, we now have an official price on the KINGDOM HEARTS EDITION 3DS! It will RRP at 21090円, which is approximately $280 USD!

As with the 3DS bundle and the game itself, this box is slated for release on March 29th, 2012.

We have some minor news regarding the cover of Re:Coded. Thanks to forum member pepe1092 of KHInsider we now know what the cover will look like and you'll be pleased to know we think it's extra cute!

The novel is only available in Japanese so far but if you know the language or are from the country, you can purchase the 290-page book from Square Enix's website, where it also lists the game as having a release date of July 28 2011 at a price of 800 yen (tax included). French fansite KHDestiny informs us that the novel has been written by Tomoko Kanemaki and illustrated by Shiro Amano, both of whom have worked on previous Kingdom Hearts manga.

Word has officially come on the status of a set of novels specifically covering the story of Re:Coded. Like with most KH titles, each game usually has around 3-4 novels covering all the details of Sora's adventures and quite recently that of Roxas/Org. XIII in 358/2 days as well as Terra/Ventus/Aqua in BBS. Likewise we will get a look at Data Sora's adventures with King Mickey and the Journal (taken the form of Riku) as well as Donald and Goofy in KH Re:Coded.

Following the tradition set by the previous installments in the series, it is high time for Kingdom Hearts: Re:Coded to receive it's own game-novel series! Or so it seems from this magazine clip: 

Re:Coded is one of the more peculiar games in the series, using the familiar characters in ways not quite explored before; what might we learn of our favorite heroes?

Time will tell, it seems, but thankfully, July isn't too far away.

It has been done by Birth by Sleep last year and now it has been done by Re:Coded this year. Re:Coded is now North America's best selling nintendo game. Nintendo's website has updated their current list of bestselling games of 2011, and lo and behold, Kingdom Hearts Re:coded ranks at #1 on the list!

Looks like we got some news regarding Kingdom Hearts music today. For all the music lovers out there, just a friendly reminder that the 3 disc compilation soundtrack of Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, and Kingdom Hearts Re:coded is now out in the market! It also includes new songs from Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix. The soundtrack is worth 3,800 yen (around $40).

Greetings here at HOAW:AKHF!!!! Big big news has arrived for us KH fans. First off, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix! we have many new images from the up-and-coming instalment to the saga.

As you can see, we get a full-body shot of No Heart, an extra boss in the game - and I have to say, he's looking pretty slick in his new armour? Does he look familiar to you...?

This one is also of interest: it's a sneak peak of the action that will go down in the Secret Episode. Is that Aqua fighting Heartless? Why do they exist? Where is she?

More screenshots have been unveiled: as always, they are high quality.

After the events of the Secret Episode, important events connected to the start of Kingdom Hearts begin. ... "This is how the story of the series is connected in so many ways."

In other news, it would look like that KH Re:Coded also has a new video up as well. I shall post that up momentarily of course. Finally there is a soundtrack with various music based on the KH series, one of which includes the theme of Xion in her final battle against Roxas.
